My password doesn't work on an account I have no access for.

My Question or Issue

 I can't access my account. I get Error code 3 everytime I try to use the correct password. It was working thismorning but all of a sudden just stopped letting me log in with the correct password. The problem is I can not do a password reset because the email address doesn't exist anymore because it was deleted about 2 years ago. I tried to contact customer support multiple times but every time i got the same response that told me to go to the forums. Is there anyway to get back into the account? If not how do i get them to stop charging me for premium? Is there a better way to contact spotify customer support?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

As the account is unreachable this is a classic customer support issue to solve.

Please use this help page on hacked account and when you recieve the automated mail please DO reply to it (or reply back on the mail you already recieved)

Note: it might take CS up to 48hrs to respond back.
