My password no longer works, and I do not receive an e-mail when I try to reset the password

I have a premium account. Two nights ago I was logged out of the account and told that my password was incorrect when I tried to log back on. When I try to reset the password, I do not receive an email. I fear my account has been hacked.

 

Is there any way to rest my password with only a username (and other personal/bank details), but without the password or emial address?

 

I would like to keep this account rather than just cancel the subcription and delete the account/playlists. But unless I can regain access, I have no option. Please help.

 

Note: because I can only post a question once logged on, I have created a new temporary free account.
