My Question or Issue

My plan is associated with Rogers, I recently got an SMS stating effective Feb.13 my spofity won't work, and I need to update the bill payment method and I dont have an option to do that online. My spofity still works, however I would like to try premium for family.

Hi there,

 

You'll need to reach out to Rogers if you want to cancel your current subscription. 

 

Once you're back on the Free plan, you will be able to subscribe to Premium for Family.
