My playlists disappeared from my computer after trying to synchronize to Iphone4.

I stopped the syncronisation and now all my playlists are gone! The playlists cannot be found on the phone either. Were are they???? I have also tried to Log out and asked for a new password, but I cannot log in with the new password- only the old one.

All my playlists are missing as well. I use spotify on my iphone, and pc. Playlists are missing from both. How do I get these back?

Staticnoise - Can you log in with your username 'staticnoise4' and your Spotify password. Your music should be there waiting.

When I log in now, it shows account as a string of numbers, and my playlists are still not there.

My account payment was taken out of my bank account yesterday, but my PC player, and the app on my iphone shows that i am no longer a premium user.

Please let me know what the next steps are.

If you could log in with your username 'staticnoise4' and your Spotify password, not your Facebook details, then you will see your playlists.

It looks like you have 2 accounts here, and using your Facebook details will lead you to access this new, empty account. If you use your original Spotify login details, you'll access the right account.

I unfortunetly do not know my password for the spotify account.

When i try to do the reset password link, it tells me that I am connecting with my facebook details.

It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com.)

How else can I go about resetting my password?

I think it's best if you get in touch with Customer Support. They'll be able to get a new password out to you. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They'll get back to you as soon as they can.

I have tried contacting them a few times, and I never hear back. Now my account is all screwed up to where I cant even post from the same username.

Can you not just delete the other account? I cant even use my premium services that i just got charged for.

Hej, I uninstalled Spotify from my computer few months ago and now installed again and all my playlists and friends are gone! What to do?

I created an account ages ago. Ive never had any problems before but lately Spotify is 'offline' when my internet is fine. 

Also I logged in tonight with my account details only to find my playlist had vanished!!

So, I can see 13 playlists on your account. Can you please try signing out and signing back in with your Spotify username (not your email). 

Please also be sure your Offline Mode isn't enabled. Just head to Edit > Offline Mode (in Windows) or Spotify > Offline Mode (Macs).

It sounds like you may have logged in using different credentials. Try logging out and back in.
