My premium account disappeared 2 weeks ago.

My premium account disappeared 2 weeks ago.

Hey everone, i've been sending several requests to the contact form but received no help.

 

I've got a problem with my Spotify account, and i don't know how this happened. The problem is that it's as if i had a  new account; i've lost all my playlists and i've lost my premium account; I've read many threads but i can't find any solution. I think it could have something to do with Facebook creating 2 accounts or something like that. But really i haven't changed my fb password so I don't understand.. 


I don't have the same "username" on this new account. 

 

I pay for Spotify every month so i'm quite angry. I haven't been able to listen to music on my mobile for like 2 weeks and didn't manage to solve the problem.. 

 

This is getting on my nerves so any help would be much appreciated..

 

I hope yuo understand me because i'm French. Thank you in advance for your answer.

i have to add that i've found my former account thanks to my facebook friends because i had subscribed to their playlists. It's "called" : 118734046

Hi. It does sound like you have two accounts. The easiest solution would be to get in touch with the support staff and they'll get this fixed. 

 

Please use the online contact form and, if you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
