Hello, I have a question. Everytime when I try to pay for my premium account, it says that my bank is having a bad day but then Spotify takes my money and doesn't activates my account.
What can I do?

You can try accessing the Subscription page using another browser or incognito window. It'll also help if you clear out your cache/cookies on your current browser. Lastly, you can try using a different payment method.
If you're still having trouble, feel free to give a shout to the Support team either via the Contact form or send a tweet to @SpotifyCares. They can take a closer look at what's happening on your account.
