My premium account doesn't work properly.

My premium account doesn't work properly.

I can't play radio, I can't look for songs , I can't go to home, I can't see my profile if I don't have wifi connected even though I have data connection and spotify premium.
I could do that before and all my other friends can do it.

The option to download when I'm not in wifi is enabled. I really don't understand and I apparently can't get help from the Spotify support team.

Give it a try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.

Already did that and still I'm not able to do this.
