My premium account has been hacked

Hi there,

Only a short while ago I could not log into my Spotify account using the login; only via my facebook.

The email address has been changed aswell as the password so I cannot reset it or talk to customer services.

Please help!

I suggest you try subitting this online contact form instead, and someone at Spotify should be able to sort it out for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
