My premium account has been hacked!

My premium account has been hacked!



I recieved an email yesterday stating that my accounts primary email address has been changed, which was definately not me, and it would seem they have changed the password also as I can no longer login with my username.


I've contacted the account details changed and filled in the contact form where you can leave any email address quite a few hours ago.


How long is it estimated to retrieve my account? I'm rather concerned as I has billing details on this account

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


An advisor will get back to you within 24 hours.
