My premium account has been hacked

My premium account has been hacked

Someone has hacked my account and I am sure it has been going on for a while. I have just not paied atention to it. Now its gotten to that I cant enter my own account and install it on my new computer. 

 

my user name was [Mod edit-username] and it was tied up to [Mod edit-email]

 

Please can anyone help me!!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit this online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to get the email back, get the hacker out, reset the password, and if you need anything else from them, they can probably do that too.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

AnthonyB - thank you for your quick reply. I have emailed them, and they have responded to me in French, so I have no idea what they are saying... 

 

I hope it will be taken care of soon though.
