My premium account might be hacked

Hello,
Today i started listening some songs in my mobile when i suddenly realized that on the 'devices available' section it says 'Magnus's iPhobe' which is not my account. This is somebodyelses account and this guy is changing my playlist and everything... So i guess mu account might be hacked. If there is any other explanation to this please help!

It sounds like someone may be accesing your account. To prevent this, go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, change your password and press the "Sign out everywhere" button.
