My premium account was cancelled suddenly

My premium account was cancelled suddenly

I've been a paying premium member for years, recently upgraded to premium family. A few days ago I wasn't able to play music (I'm a US account holder but currently in Netherlands) and after logging in I found that my account is now just a Free account, it appears my premium account has been completely cancelled/removed without warning. I noticed that my auto-monthly payment from PayPal also did not go through on the last cycle (Aug 2), not sure why (PayPal is functioning properly with funds in the account). I did not change any settings in Spotify or PayPal. Can anyone help me understand how I can resolve? I can sign back up for Premium but I want my family accounts automatically restored as well.

Hey @fishypete, welcome to the Community!

 

We've had a look at your account and can confirm it's active as the owner of a Premium for Family plan. Make sure you're accessing the rignt account by entering your username "fishypete" and password. If you still have no luck, send us a screenshot showing what happens when you login and we'll see what we can suggest.

Im the owner of a premium account and my family member got removed when it was the premium package renew date . They were asked to enter a Zip Code and they have entered the same Zip Code ( my postal code ) as mine but the server stated that their address werent the same as mine .
