My premium family

My premium family

Hi, i just applied for premium family and my daughter is unable to recieve the premium. in the web it says that it is active but on her phone it says that it is still free. is it that we have to make use of th 7 days trial premium before i go for the premium family?

It sounds like she got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses she could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if she has any Spotify emails -- that will mean an extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If she doesn't have another email address, she should note how she logs into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you she uses Facebook details tell her to enter her Spotify username (if she created one originally).
  • If she her Spotify username to log in, tell her to try entering just her email address.
