My premium is gone

I recently bought Spotify premium for a year. It's working in my android, but when I try to use it on a computer, it says I have Spotify free. Where did my premium go?

I've had a look at your account and can't find any alternative accounts or payment history (apart from a 48-hour free trial started on the 10th). Do you have any details I can use to track the Premium subscription down?
