My premium is gone?!

I've been a paying customer for awhile now, and recently upgraded to a family plan, now all of a sudden my premium account doesn't work and I'm starting to hear ads?! I have tried reinstalled no and logging in again and it still doesn't work

We've had a look at your account and can confirm it's active as the owner of a Premium for Family Plan. Make sure you're loggin in correctly by tapping on the blue button to "Log in with Facebook."
