My premium is paused but I paid with a gift card and it shows in my receipts folder.

I brought a Spotify Gift Card for $39.00 at Countdown because my subscription was due to run out, I redeemed it on my account on 4/2/17 and it shows in my receipts folder but you've paused my Premium subscription, why?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
