My premium isn't working !!!!

I switched my payment info and got knocked down to free - it's happened before but when I've paid it goes back to premium - I can't get the account back to premium and I'm like dying! I can see all my playlists and songs but I can't play what I want and the commercials are killings me !!! Please help me!
