My premium plan is gone

Today I got some kind of weird issue, my facebook account is cannot be logged in by the way when I login with the facebook's email it turn to another account which not have a premium, I cannot see any receipt from this account but the receipt is contain in my bank account transfer history, what thing that I can do?
