I am from the USA, my premium randomly stopped working. My username is notvinayw, please fix ASAP.

Were you still be able to login? Can you check your payment method? There are several reasons why Premium Subscription stop at some point. Your payment maybe declined due to some reasons, or your bank might have declined or stop transactions with Spotify. You may want to call your bank and ask inquire about your bank account. Otherwise, if you are sure that your subscription is cancelled in error, you can send a direct message to @SpotifyCares thru Twitter.

Understood. There are two things you should check or contact:

 

1. Your issuing bank; and

2. @SpotifyCares .

Is there nothing you can do to fix this? Also past time my payment method failed and I was given a 7 day warning, the premium just randomly canceled.
