My premium says I'm a free user now

I logged out of my phone and into my wife's phone now my account say that I am a free user. I'm on a 30 day free trial but i have my card on file to be charged on the 13th of December .

Do you have a Spotify account or are you using a Facebook account to log in?

Hi noelissaks - Your account started a 30 day trial on 13 November. This means you'll receive Premium until 13 December when you'll be charged to begin the monthly rolling subscription. 

Were you already paying for Premium? If so, you've made a second account. Just get in touch using the contact form.
