My premium subscription appears to be impossible to cancel. HELP PLEASE.

I want to cancel my spotify premium subscription.

HOWEVER. When I log in from facebook it says I am on Spotify free.
AND There is no option to for me cancel my subscription in the Spotify app.
AND, when I go to the App STore/iTunes in the settings on my iPhone to cancel the subscription, there is no option to cancel there either.

Please help me. I can't pay $12.99 a month for an app i no longer want.
