My prepaid cards PIN is not working?

Hi!

Got an prepaid card in the value of 100 SEK, which would be able to pay premium for a month, but when I tried using the PIN it was not working. I have tried a several times but it just won't work. Is there anything I can do? Is there anything wrong with the PIN?

What error are you getting? 

Be sure you are entering the PIN exactly as it is on the card - they are case sensitive and often have letters than look like numbers and vice versa.

I have the same problem, I have tried changing some letters to numbers. It does not work. What can I do?
