Hi, I activated a 3 month premium gift card on 2-15-13. It ended yesterday (5-11-13). I wasn't given a notification either, and the card no longer exists under the subscriptions/payment part of my account. I'm really confused about this, and I hope someone can help.

I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify can look into it for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account?
Its amazingly easy to have 2, one with a Spotify username and another through Facebook.
