My Question or Issue

My profile is showing my girlfriends name and Facebook-photo. My account is, however, not connected to Facebook. When I log out from all units and log back on, it still shows my girlfriends name and Facebook-profile-pic. How is this possible and how can I change this?

Thank for reaching out about this and posting your question in the Community!

If you know what email address is associated with your Spotify account, you can try accessing it by receiving a password reset link at the same email and then typing the email address in together with the new password when you log into Spotify or go have a look at your account overview.

Just to confirm, it's essential for this that you click the green button 'LOG IN' instead of the blue one which says 'LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK'.

You can also double-check with your girlfriend whether she has a Spotify account with Facebook. Make sure to check and follow the steps you'll find in this support page article at the section 'Check Facebook' to find out.
