My profile photo is not me

Help!! 

I think someone had previously linked my email address to a spotify account. When I started my account with my email address I had to go through the forgotten password steps but as it is my email adress I was able to access the account. The profile photo is not me and the username doesn't annoy me too much but I don't want to continue looking at some one elses face who has been using my email address to sign up to things. 

When I go into help it says if I scroll over the photo it will give me an option to change.... no luck .
