My profile picture and username is no longer my facebook name or picture

My username is now a bunch of numbers instead of my name and I no longer have a profile picture

Hey there! Happy to help. 

Your username is designed to identify you on Spotify, so you can't change it. You don’t need your username to log in. Instead, use your email address and password or log in with the method you used to sign up e.g. Facebook, Apple, or your phone number.

so my Spotify account was originally signed up with Facebook, once I deactivated my Facebook account temporarily I lost my username, profile picture, and listening history which were super important to me as Spotify recognizes my likings and proposes songs with similar taste, I logged back in with Facebook and still I have the same stupid profile username which consists of random alphabetic numbers, how can I change my profile picture and name please 🙁

unfortunetaly i faced the same problem when I deactivated my facebook account, when I reconnected it again to my spotify it didn't change back, you will need to change the image and username by your self, open spotify app, click on your profile image , then click on it again and change your username and image.
