My profile says I have a free account, but I pay Premium and I cannot cancel my suscription

Hi everybody,

I want to cancel my Premium suscription for next month. The problem is that when I log in my account, It says that I have a free account (what is not true), so It doesn't offer my the chance to cancel my suscription. What should I do? I don't want to pay for the next month!

Hi,

 

It looks like you have a duplicate account and have upgraded that.  If you login with your username, you will only get the Free service.  If you login with your Facebook details, you will get the Premium.  The best way to fix this would be to contact the support team at Support and ask them to remove the duplicate and set the Spotify account as the main one.

 

They will need your date of birth and postal code to make any changes.  If you prefer to contact them in your local language, we also have Spanish speakers.
