You are able to change your language settings following these steps. These settings should apply to all devices that you're using. If you change your language settings and you are still facing issues, please let me know.

Hello Billy-J, exactly the same problem and the article you mentioned is helpless to the language of my receipt received in my mailbox

Thanks for reaching out. Changing the language only applies to the Spotify app. If you are viewing your account page and it is also being presented in a different language, you may want to check and see if your country and region settings are correct. If they are, you will have to check the device you're using and see if it's set to the correct language.
The link that I sent in my last reply is where you would see Receipts from any transactions you have had with Spotify on that account for the past 2 years.

Jumping in just to mention that if you haven't registered your card to pay for a Premium account, it's possible that someone might be using your card without your authorization. In this case, since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the payment, look for the account and help you further.
