My son reset my account and now everything is gone?! :(

I had a Premium Family Plan. My oldest son, myself, and my husband all had profiles. My younger son decided to do something to my account and I believe has reset/deleted my entire account. I know can log in but my account is back to the free account, all my playlists are missing, and I'm back to square one. Please tell me there is a way to figure out how to get it back to where it was?!

That's a shame! Have you asked him whether he knows if he deleted or reset the account? What you could do is reach out to Spotify through this contact form with your query.
