My songs all missing and can't login to Desktop app

Hi, I connect Spotify with my Facebook but it keep bugging me with this login box http://imgbox.com/ftbBO7Q9 . Later, I tried to login at web Spotify but all my songs missing and I've become Free user! http://imgbox.com/AKaOiTFx . Please help since my subscription renew tomorrow. If this problem cant be solve I dont want to continue paying forPremium subscription.

It sounds like you have created a duplicate account:

"It's also possible you may have a duplicate account - one account associated with a username, the other created and linked to your Facebook profile. If you believe you may have a duplicate account, try accessing either account to see if you can locate your Premium subscription."

 

To link your premium account with the duplicate Facebook account you created:

 

Login to the desktop app with your username and password, and then go into the settings to connect Facebook. This should link them together.

It seems that my Username changed.. The old one like this 1215[..] now 1118[..]. I still using Facebook to log in.. How the username can automatically changed?

Contact support using the link I provided and they will be able to take a look and help you
