My songs and playlists are gone

My Question or Issue

My account wouldn't stay logged In on my computer or phone recently and then wouldn't let me log in at all on my phone. I down loaded rhr app again and reset my password.  It was weird because the email from Spotify came to me on spaniSp for some reason.  When I logged into my account after resetting my password my playlists are all gone.  My saved songs are also not correct.

Not to worry, your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared - it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here for more info.

If you’re definitely logged into the right account, but you’re still not seeing some playlists, I’d suggest reading this Spotify Answer for the correct steps.
