My songs won't play offline

Im subscribed to spotify premium. I can save and download songs for offline use. The problem is, everytime im not connected to the internet and go to my songs, sometimes my downloaded songs wont appear and i still need to connect it first to the internet so that my songs will appear and then after that when i disconnect to the internet it will work just fine. There's a selection when you open spotify while offline "playlist" "songs" "albums" and "artist" when i go to my playlist it works just fine even though i opened it when im not connected to the internet. The problem is with my songs. What must be the problem?

I haven't solved it yet.
Im using iphone 5s ios 9.2 and spotify version 5.2.0.1205
Please help me solve this problem

Have you tried restarting your device by holding Home + Lock for 10 seconds. Does that help? If not, can you try to reinstall Spotify? Just make sure to follow these steps: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify. Keep in mind once you reintsall the app, you'll need to resync your offline music.
