My spotfy account deleted. Help!

My spotfy account deleted. Help!

I use spotify 2 for years, and today the app just won't let me login. All device is logged out. I tried to use my password, but it says its wrong. I requested  a new password, and I tired to login with the new one. The spotify let me in, but my account is gone.. The app says "Get premium" and my followers and liked song is not visible to me.. Can you help me?

When your account is logged out from every device, it could be related to different reasons. The most common one is that the account was inactivated by the system for some chargeback or recurrent payment error. But it's possible that the account was taken over as well.

 

In both cases, the system generates an automatic email to make the owner aware of the situation. First, we'd recommend checking your email address (including the Spam folder) to see if you've received any email about it.

 

However, since we don't have access to users account in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your account and help you further.
