My Question or Issue

Last night my music kept randomly pausing on and off so I checked out why and apparently someone has been using my account with the phone Venus e3, so I looked into it more and this person changed my email (to an email that ended with quickemail or something like that) and my password. I tried to change my password but it said that my current password was incorrect. I was looking at the Spotify help for if someone taken over my account and blindly followed the steps and clicked logout on everything which made it so that I was completely logged out with no way back in. Is there anything I can do about it now? I made this new account to ask this question and to use in the meantime
