My spotify account is now free instead of premium, and I have been charged

I have recently discovered that my previously premium account is now a free account... I have no idea why but I have paid a charge so its not that. I had some problems when my spotifuggle account was linked with a another making my library go away and always see the others accounts owners name instead of mine but with a picture of me in the profile. Can you please help me out here!

This is really angering me, I pay for a service I'm just not getting! It still works on my iPad though, where as if I just had a free account it wouldn't.

If you are having issues with your account, I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to look into a little closer for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
