My spotify account keep logging out from my phone

My Question or Issue

Ive been having this issue lately about my account being log out of a sudden on my phone. And when I log in, it seems like someone used my account as it played a song that I didn’t even listen before. And IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. Can you check it out for me? It first happen after I use the Spotify on the desktop. Attached is the songs that I didn’t even listen to

I would suggest you to change your password right away, remove all granted permissions in the "Apps" tab, clear "services", remove unknown offline devices, and then sign out everywhere.
