My spotify account thinks i'm in a different country!

Hi,

I used to be able to listen to Spotify (the free not premium version) at work.  Unfortunately our work server is based in Sweden and we are in the UK.  Spotify thinks i'm in Sweden and won't let me listen unless I change my country...unfortunately my Swedish isn't so hot, and I don't really want have to use Google translate every time i try and use spotify!

Is there a way to tell Spotify that I'm in the UK even though our server is run through Sweden?

Hey @justemz, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Past using a VPN or upgrading to Spotify Premium, there is unfortunately no way to change your location to the UK if Spotify thinks you're in Sweden.
