My spotify is connected to wrong facebook account

My spotify is connected to wrong facebook account

I was logged on MY spotify on my daughters phone and she was also logged on her facebook on this phone. I wanted to listen to music and I clicked something 'not to share on facebook' or something like this. Her facebook and my spotify connected. I tried to fix this as it's told on the website: I clicked 'Disconnect from facebook' and.. it's all the same: I have my playlists but in the right corner there's her name, I can see her friends updates not mine, ' under 'Social Network' there is 'connect to facebook' (not 'disconnect') which does nothing when I try to connect to MY facebook. My daughter can still log in by her facebook and her playlists disappered. she always logged only by facebook. When I try to log in with my facebook it says "you already have an account as ~my mail~ so try to log in by your e-mail'. Please help I have no idea what to do

Could you please share your username so we can check out if it's disconnected or not? It may take up to 24 hours before Facebook and Spotify process the changes.

@ciasteczka - I would suggest that you get in touch with Spotify support directly so they can assist you further with this. Essentially you have two issues here. Your accounts still appear to be merged, which is annoying, but the team should be able to fix that for you. The other issue is with the Facebook created account, it will have been lost in the merge which is why the playlists are missing. The support teamwill need to restore that account too. There are several ways to get in touch!

If you have Twitter, following and dropping a Tweet to @SpotifyCares (English), @SpotifyAyuda (Spanish) or @SpotifyAjuda (Portuguese) is often the fastest way to get a reply and they can deal with the majority of issues excluding payment/billing issues.

Alternatively, you can email them (in any language) using the online contact form. There is also a special contact form if you can't remember your login details or the email address on your account is incorrect. The contact form support team should be able to handle absolutely any issue you are having!

When getting in touch via the contact forms, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the support agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

When I log into my Spotify acount using my email address, it pulls up my twin brother's account on Face book.  

 

If I log into Spotify using my Face book account, then my information is there.  However, my profile picture doesn't show up and my user name shows up as 12124134350.  Why does it come up wrong when I log in with my email address?

and fill out the contact form. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community boards reply back to that email, even if it is from a noreply and a customer support rep will get with you shortly.
