Just to make sure, do the songs play normally while you're without access to any networks and you didn't download them previously?
On another note, could you send us a screen recording of the issue happening so we can have a better understanding of the issue? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Videooption in the post editor or upload it to Google Driveand share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
Lastly, we'd like to know if this is happening across devices or only on a specific one.
