I'm getting this same problem!!!!! The SheerID isn't approving me yet my bank account is still getting charged and I'm not receiving the services. I emailed through the contact form and I am still waiting to hear back.

Just as @schumaok34 did, you'll have to contact contact support here so they can help you straighten this out.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Please keep in mind support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
