My subscription does not last for even one month.

My subscription does not last for even one month.

I've subscribed for spotify family premium package. But after not even one moth (only one week i think) my account and all other accounts that are with me in the package has been downgrade for free version. How is this happening? Here is some proof of my purchase and what is really happening to me. Come on this is so frustrating. Please solve this

Ya, what the **bleep** man. This is so frustrating. I've been looking for a way to directly contact their customer service. But I found none. Thanks a lot spotify for your "great" service.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
