My subscription doesn't work

My subscription doesn't work

So I paid the suscription and I already tried everything but my account still as a free account? What am I supposed to do if I already tried everything that the support site says?

Have you got any confirmation mail from Spotify about your subscription?

I didn't get the confirmation but I paid with my iTunes account? And I got the bill from them.

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? 

Nope, I only have that one. It's linked to my Facebook account, tho. But when I pay, it usually works with that one.

I have the same problem!!

I paid and it reflected on my bank account, but it says there is a mistake and that I can't get premium...

 

If you haven't found a fix for this, or Spotify hasn't contacted you back, today I posted a thread on the forums about this issue happening with me too, I was told that you were unable to purchase Spotify through the app whilst the Intro Offers were on, in this case it was the 3 months for 0.99.

 

The tweet SpotifyCares sent:

 

"During our Intro Offer, in-app purchases are not available. Get started with Premium at https://www.spotify.com/premium"

(I then read further into the forums after this had happened and saw that they removed the feature to buy Spotify through the app or use iTunes to renew your subscription, to avoid confusion.)

 

You will probably need to ask for a refund through iTunes.
