I still can't listen to track not more than 5 times even with my new subscription ...
It seems like my subscription is not activated on my account ?

There appear to be quite a few posts about this at the minute, which would make me wonder if there is currently a problem with upgrading accounts, there was a minor service issue earlier which seems to have been resolved now.
Can you verify your subscription is active on your online overview?
If it is, try logging out and back in a few times.

my subscription status is Ok on the website and I tried many log in / log out to see but nothing happening it's the same problem
