Hey @Gb92lover,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

I did that and found it in my trash, when I opened it it deleted it.

When you go onto the page https://spotify.com/account, does it say that you're currently a Free or Premium user?

Well it doesn't say free but does say if I want to stay a subscriber

Can you please post a screenshot of the subscription part?
