I did that and found it in my trash, when I opened it it deleted it.

When you go onto the page https://spotify.com/account, does it say that you're currently a Free or Premium user?

Well it doesn't say free but does say if I want to stay a subscriber

My subscription was cancelled and yet you took a payment out and overdrafted my accou a refund ASAP.
