My subscription was cancelled

My subscription was cancelled

Hi,

 

I got 2 emails from spotify today. 

First one was that my account was cancelled.

Second one was a confirmation of subscription renewal but checking my bank, no money was withdrawn.

I never asked to cancel the account. 

I proceeded to log into my account only to see that i no longer had premium account. I then went on to purchase a familly account. Now all my playlists are gone.

The recover playlist options just gives me this message: "We had an error retrieving your deleted playlist. Please try again later."

Did someone get access to my account? Is there something i can do to regain my lost playlists?

Oki.. so i found out that i have 2 accounts linked to the same email address. So my subsricption was never cancelled, and i now have 2x accounts, one with premium and 1 with premium familly (which i now cancelled)...
