My subscription wasn't cancelled..

My subscription wasn't cancelled..

I cancelled my premium subscription in May and I amd STILL getting charged. I already sent an email after being charged in June after cancelling my subscription, saying that I cancelled it and did not know why I was being billed. Then the other day I was billed again. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay 20 dollars when I cancelled my subscription back in May and sent an email about it back in June.
