My username on my web account page is not matching the username listed on mobile/desktop app.

How do I sync it?

Can you make sure that you're logged into the same account on both devices? If you are, attach a screenshot of what you're seeing on both devices so I can take a look.

Yes I'm logged in to the right account on both.

Attached are pictures showing my Spotify screen on my desktop app and my account overview page on web.

My username should be: puzzled

Hey @p_uzzled,

I think that's because your display name is "puzzled", therefore showing on your desktop. The username will be random numbers and letters since that's what's used to identify you on Spotify. More information on this here.

To confirm this though, when you check out the support site here (please do this on a desktop) - does it also say "puzzled" on the right hand corner too?
