My username somehow changed!!?!?

Crazy right? This isn't a joke. I'm not very happy about it. Took me 15 min of trying every password I could think of. KNOW IT CHANGED because I forgot my username so looked on my account on my phone because I was logged in still. Trying to sign in on my roku. Wasn't working so I changed password. Turn out it never was my password it was my USERNAME which is now " **BLEEP**"??????????? Plz tell me you guys can change this. If not I'm just gonna cancle... Because I'm not going to log into my email find the message wrote down NEW CHANGED username then log in. I'm not going to be able to remember that, that's just silly...

Now I can't even log in. HELP I pay money for thos. This is ridiculous! I have you guys my f69"(;#) card number! Sounds like you need a chat line or a phone service.

To log in to Spotify, just enter your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the link here.

This has happened to me and can't reset my password as it says my e-mail isn't valid

I have a 2 year premium through vodaphone and my e-mail ain't being recognised and I can't submit a ticket because you gotta log in

No worries! 

If you're having trouble resetting your password, could you try again in a private or incognito window? As long as you're entering the email address that's linked with your Spotify account into the reset password field, you'll receive a password reset email.

Thanks for reply Chris, I did 32nd up trying to just enter my email and that ended up working. w8v2v9bv5zcuuzgymvm0ikee9 is my username though.. If I how that happened. I only knew because I did a "orgot password" and it was in the email that was sent to me. It should be maggotpulse but I can not use that for a login. It says maggotpulse on my profile page, but I can only login with the w8v2v9bv5zcuuzgymvm0ikee9. No matter I suppose. I was just upset I couldn't get in. So solution is just use email even if it asks for username.
