 To day i wanna share my 2019 warpped but it be like this picture.

I try to change my language it's work but some of the that i try before

i change my language is the same how i can fix that ?

i think this is a picture create algorithm if delete the picture it will disappear and

1. make a new one and work again.

Please, instead of view it on your mobile app, could you go to the Wrapped '19 website and check if the same issue persists?

Also, if possible, try to check it on another mobile device using your account, of course. If the issue persists just on your own device, let me know.

In addition to what @Luan suggested i would like you to perform a clean reinstall of your app following these steps making sure to clean your cache.

In the meanwhile and if the above had not done the trick, please let me know :

- The language which your app/phone was set to originally

- The exact steps to reproduce the issue

- Their exact Spotify version, device + OS version you currently use

You've also mentioned a solution of deleting the picture, could you elaborate on this as well ?
