MyRogers and spotify premium

I am attempting to activate my spotify premium account to my rogers account (my spotify is connected through my facebook) and I am unable to do so. Rogers keeps telling me to reach out to spotify and tell them to let me log in to my spotify with my rogers account information. Please help.
